How to Report a Crime or Concern

If this is an Emergency Call 911

If our patrol is on duty , this will reach our Off-Duty Patrol, otherwise on On-Duty Sheriff will respond 

To report any suspicious persons  or activity   call the 

Non-Emergency number at (916) 874-5115

You may contact the Neighborhood Off-Duty Sheriff for any neighborhood issues or concerns - call or text - at 916-9410

If the Off-Duty is on at the time of your call, they will respond right away.  Otherwise, the sheriff deputy will receive the message during the next patrol shrift and address the issue to the extent possible.  

If you become a victim of vandalism, mail or property theft, or illegal dumping, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office asks that you file a crime report online at the Sheriff Website below 

A crime report takes just a few  minutes to submit .  Because patrol decisions are largely based on where crime is being reported within the County, a report can help ensure that Arden Oaks receives an adequate level of service from our Sheriff Department.
